TREATMENTS
Muscle release/ trigger point is a massage that focuses on knots in the muscle. Knots in the muscle are relieved by loosening them to get rid of tension and stress coming from the trigger points.
Sweedish massages are massages that are usually given in spa's. This is mostly for stress relieving purposes.
Prenatal massages are given to the moter-to-be to reduce stress, inflamation, and discomfort. It relaxes and alleviates neck, back, and joint pain caused by prenatal posture change.​
